Our Beliefs

We believe that God perpetually manifests Himself in three persons, The Father, the Son, and
the Holy Spirit.

We believe that Jesus Christ, the son of God is the express image of the Father manifested in the
flesh

We believe the Holy Spirit is the spirit of God that comes to dwell in the hearts of all who
accept Jesus Christ as their Living Lord and personal Savior. He was sent to teach, comfort, and
guide us into all truth and righteousness.

We believe the first outward sign of receiving the Holy Spirit is being an effective witness for
Christ, not speaking in tongues. However, we believe speaking in tongues, prophecy, discerning of
spirits and many other supernatural manifestations are gifts of the Holy Spirit in operation of the
mature believer.

We believe angels were created before the universe began; they are spiritual and holy celestial
beings. Angels serve the children of God as protectors and ministers.

We believe that God made the heaven and earth out of nothing through Jesus Christ, the Living
Word, and the Spirit of God was the agent to quicken the atmosphere causing life and form to
exist.

We believe that man was created in the image of God after His likeness. Man was created to
walk and talk in fellowship with the Father to the praise of His Glory, was given dominion over
the earth, and was God’s prized creation.

We believe that eternal life with God was lost to man when Adam disobeyed God by eating
from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, thus paving the way for death and sin to enter the
world. Adam and Eve were forced out of the garden resulting in spiritual and natural death.

We believe God’s plan of restoration began before He expelled Adam and Eve from the
garden, when He placed enmity between the serpent and the woman and their seeds.

We believe that man is born into sin due to the first man Adam. Temporarily, animal sacrifices
only covered man’s sin, but a redeemer was needed to take the sins away forever. God emptied of
Himself and sent His express image, His only Son (the Word) to be conceived by the Holy Ghost
and born of a virgin named Mary. Because He was fully man, He could identify with the
temptations common to man, but He was also fully God, going about saving that which was lost.
Jesus was God in the flesh, Immanuel.

We believe that the Word became flesh; therefore, He was qualified to be the sin sacrifice for
man. He became sin, though He knew no sin and died the death of sinners, taking our place on
the cross, and nailing our sins and curses to the tree. Being fully God, he rose on the third day
proclaiming total victory over sin and death, offering us the gift of eternal life through salvation
in Him.

We believe that Jesus commissioned his believer to proclaim the gospel message of salvation,
which is a gift to all who believe that Jesus is the Son of God, that he was born of a virgin, died
on the cross, and yet lives that we might have eternal life, God’s original plan for man.

We believe on any given day, Jesus Christ will appear in the clouds to summon His Bride (the
church) for the Wedding Day. Both the dead and living in Christ will put off mortal bodies and
be clothed with immortality to be caught up to meet the Lord in the air.

We believe all children of God will stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ to be rewarded
according to the works performed while on earth in their mortal bodies

We believe all the unsaved will stand before the Great White Throne Judgment, who did not
accept Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior and whose names are not written the book
of Life, will be judged and cast into the Lake of Fire.
